Air Rifles and Air Pistols

Airguns do two things no firearm can: they let you practice marksmanship at almost no cost per shot, and they handle small pests at distances and noise levels where a rifle is not an option.

Ceremony Arms carries air rifles and air pistols in .177 and .22 caliber across the common power plants. Spring-piston and gas-piston guns are self-contained and need no external air source, though they reward a relaxed hold. CO2 guns are convenient and well suited to plinking and training pistols that mimic popular carry guns. Pre-charged pneumatic rifles deliver the most consistent velocity and the best accuracy at distance, at the cost of needing a pump or tank.

For training, a .177 pellet rifle is the cheapest way to build trigger control and follow-through. For pest control, .22 pellets carry more energy downrange. Stock domed pellets for accuracy work and pointed or hollow-point pellets for pests, and remember that airguns still require a safe backstop and are age-restricted in some jurisdictions.
